Intermediate Support Representative	Salary: DOE	Location: Ontario Canada
As a Technical Support Representative you will have the opportunity to work with leading edge products from Microsoft. You will help customers by providing support over the telephone. This will require familiarity with PC diagnostic tools, problem determination skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to help others. Working in this team, you will be a member of a dynamic and expanding organization. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Client Operating Systems (Windows 9x, 2000 & XP) • PC hardware skills • General knowledge of web based software structure • Proficiency in navigating and configuring PC hardware in the listed operating systems • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form • Customer service skills and telephone support experience • Ability to reason and deduct; problem solving skills and multitasking • Minimum typing ability of 30 words per minute • Ability to work shifts and weekends 7/24 • Professional work attitude


Web Application Developer	Salary: DOE	Location: Ontario/ Some Remote
As an Intermediate Application Developer you will extend our business management solutions for our valued clients. You will be needed to build new modules from the requirements gathering phase to the completion of the project and on going support of the product with new upgrades. Our developers write dynamic web-based applications using ASP, Microsoft SQL Server and .NET and have extensive and diverse knowledge of product development from the requirements stage to the implementation stage. Our developers are able to plan and have the organization skills necessary to manage several projects at the same time. In addition to creating a new business management system, our developers will contribute to future versions of Virtual Claims Adjuster, by working with our development team. Qualifications • Ability to cultivate positive collaborative working relationships with fellow development staff • Must have professional code management skills • Must work well from written specifications and architect with minimal direction • Ability to promptly program system fixes (programming maintenance) • Must be able to have and share vision around new opportunities for betterment, but must also know when to focus and accomplish tasks at hand • Ability to effectively communicate technical matters with non-technical people • Experience creating software requirements and business rules • In depth knowledge of product development • Knowledge and experience with designing application usability • Knowledge and experience with user interface (UI) design • Knowledge of and experience programming with XML, including XSLT and SOAP • Knowledge of and experience programming with ASP and .NET • Knowledge of and experience with web-services, including IIS, ASP, and SSL • Knowledge of and experience with building applications that use SQL 2000, including advanced experience with stored procedures and SQL queries • Be able to take on many roles in a fast growing, entrepreneurial company environment
